Parties and Events
Parties or events are strictly prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a MXN $10,000 penalty.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in common areas or inside the accommodation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a MXN $5,000 penalty.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a MXN $1,500 penalty.
Respect for Neighbors and the Community
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and keep noise at a moderate level, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a MXN $10,000 fine imposed by the property management.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are those established at the time of booking. Any changes must be agreed upon with the host in advance.
Use of the Property
Please take care of the furniture, décor, and household items as if they were your own. Any damage or accident that occurs during your stay must be reported immediately.
Additional guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted. If unauthorized guests are found on the property, a charge of MXN $1,500 per person, per night will apply.
