FERNANDO MARTÍNEZ

A graduate of Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP), he combines a solid academic background with an innovative vision to lead projects with social and cultural impact. Before founding Acaso Homes, he was Project Director at Grupo Arcarti, where he gained key skills in management and strategic planning. With Acaso Homes, he focuses on revitalizing urban spaces, redefining hospitality, and strengthening communities through a model based on quality, sustainability, and authenticity.

JUAN PABLO MARTÍNEZ

Economista y maestro en Finanzas por el ITAM, destaca por su experiencia en análisis de mercados financieros y evaluación de riesgos. En Acaso Homes, su liderazgo ha sido clave para seleccionar propiedades únicas y diseñar servicios con altos estándares de calidad, atención al detalle y respeto por la cultura local.
