The property is located on the second floor. You need to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the property. Parking is available on site and accessible 24 hours a day. Arrival at the property is flexible. You can check in or check out at any time.
The property is located within a community of houses, most of which are occupied by local residents and retirees. It is a very quiet and safe community. Please note that to reach House 905-6, it is necessary to go up one level by stairs.
One of our company's staff members will be assigned to hand over the house and the parking space to you.

Parties and Events
Parties or events are strictly prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a MXN $10,000 penalty.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in common areas or inside the accommodation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a MXN $5,000 fine.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a MXN $1,500 fine.
Noise and Quiet Hours
At Casa de la Virgen, we respect the rest and comfort of all guests. Please maintain a quiet environment, especially during designated resting hours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a MXN $10,000 penalty imposed by the property management.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are those established at the time of booking. Any changes must be agreed upon with the host in advance.
Use of the Property
Please take care of the furniture, décor, and household items as if they were your own. Any damage or accident that occurs during your stay must be reported immediately. Additional guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted. If unauthorized guests are found on the property, a charge of MXN $1,500 per person, per night will apply. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.
Use of Common Areas
Please keep all common areas clean and in good condition.
Parking
The house has one parking space only. Please do not use any other parking space. The parking space is suitable for medium-sized vehicles, with approximate maximum dimensions of: Length: 4.7 m, Width: 1.8 m, Height: 1.5 m. Larger vehicles may not fit properly.
The guest will be provided with a key to enter and exit the property with the vehicle. It is essential to follow the instructions for opening and closing the gate. The host is not responsible for any damage to or theft of the vehicle.
Security
Please close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the house and make sure not to leave valuables in plain sight.
Emergencies
In case of any emergency, please contact the host immediately or the appropriate local emergency services.
