The property is located on the second floor. Guests must walk up one flight of stairs to reach the property. Parking is available on-site and is accessible 24 hours a day. Arrival times are flexible, and guests may check in or check out at any time.

The property is located within a residential community, mostly inhabited by local residents and retirees. It is a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Please note that to reach Casa 905-7, guests must walk up one flight of stairs.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Puebla’s Historic Center, just a few meters from the iconic Cathedral and surrounded by a rich cultural and gastronomic scene. Guests can stroll through its historic streets, visit museums, galleries, and craft markets, or enjoy the wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars in the area. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy and safe to explore the city.


Casa 905-07 is located in Puebla’s Historic Center, just a few minutes’ walk from the main tourist attractions. Hermanos Serdán International Airport is about a 40-minute drive away, and Paseo Destino is approximately 20 minutes away.

Regarding transportation, the area offers taxis, ride-hailing services, and several public bus routes.

HOUSE RULES CASA DE LA VIRGEN – INGLÉS

Welcome to Casa de la Virgen. To ensure a peaceful, respectful, and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow the following house rules:


Parties and Events

Parties or events are strictly prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a MXN $10,000 penalty.


Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in common areas or inside the accommodation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a MXN $5,000 fine.


Pets

Pets are not allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a MXN $1,500 fine.


Noise and Quiet Hours

At Casa de la Virgen, we respect the rest and comfort of all guests. Please maintain a quiet environment, especially during designated resting hours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a MXN $10,000 penalty imposed by the property management.


Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are those established at the time of booking. Any changes must be agreed upon with the host in advance.


Use of the Property

Please take care of the furniture, décor, and household items as if they were your own. Any damage or accident that occurs during your stay must be reported immediately. Additional guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted. If unauthorized guests are found on the property, a charge of MXN $1,500 per person, per night will apply. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

Use of Common Areas

Please keep all common areas clean and in good condition.


Parking

The house has one parking space only. Please do not use any other parking space. The parking space is suitable for medium-sized vehicles, with approximate maximum dimensions of: Length: 4.7 m, Width: 1.8 m, Height: 1.5 m. Larger vehicles may not fit properly.

The guest will be provided with a key to enter and exit the property with the vehicle. It is essential to follow the instructions for opening and closing the gate. The host is not responsible for any damage to or theft of the vehicle.


Security

Please close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the house and make sure not to leave valuables in plain sight.


Emergencies

In case of any emergency, please contact the host immediately or the appropriate local emergency services.
