Casa 212 Rules

Welcome to Casa 212. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, please follow these rules:

1. Property Access

Casa 212 has 24-hour security.

To enter, please ring the doorbell.

If there is no answer, the security guard will request the code for the security box located to the right of the door.

Once you use the key, please return it to the box and lock it securely.

2. Use of Common Areas

Keep common areas clean and in good condition.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed in common areas.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

3. Visitors and Events

Parties, events, or guests not included in the reservation are not permitted.

If unauthorized persons are detected, a fee of $1,500 MXN per person per night will be charged.

4. Parking

The parking assigned to Casa 212 is located 50 meters from the property, in an alternate parking lot.

This space is covered and has 24-hour security.

Access is granted through a special card provided at check-in.

Do not remove the parking ticket. If you do, you will be required to pay the amount indicated by the establishment’s system.

The parking lot is closed from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

If you plan to arrive during this time, please notify us in advance so we can assign you an alternate parking space with 24-hour access.

At check-out, you must return the parking card. Failure to do so will result in a $250 MXN charge.

Casa 212 is not responsible for any damage to or theft of the vehicle inside or outside the parking lot.

5. Washer and Dryer

The washer and dryer may be used between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Guests must bring their own laundry detergent.

Please clean the area after use.

Do not overload the washer or dryer.

Do not place prohibited items such as caps, luggage, or shoes inside.

In case of damage due to misuse, the total repair cost plus a $500 MXN penalty will be charged.

6. Noise and Quiet Hours

At Casa 212, we value rest and mutual respect among guests.

Please maintain a quiet environment, especially during designated rest hours.

Failure to comply may result in a $2,500 MXN fine from management.
