To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, it is essential to follow the rules below:

No Events or Parties:

This is a place intended for rest and relaxation. Events and parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.

Quiet Hours:

We value our neighbors’ rest. Therefore, we maintain strict quiet hours. Any excessive noise outside these hours will result in significant fines:

Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.

$3,000 MXN fine imposed by the building administration.

Additional $2,000 MXN fine imposed by the hosts.

No Smoking:

To maintain a healthy and clean environment, smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the apartment. Failure to comply will result in a $2,500 MXN fine imposed by the hosts.

No Pets Allowed:

Due to hygiene concerns and allergies, pets are not permitted in the apartment.

Responsibility for Damages and Losses:

Any item in the apartment that is damaged or missing at the end of the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card based on the item’s original purchase cost.

We kindly ask our guests to treat the property and its contents with the same care and respect as they would their own belongings. Please note that these rules are part of the accommodation agreement. Failure to comply not only affects your experience but also that of other guests and neighbors.
