The parking lot is located outside the property. It is a public, gated, and 24-hour monitored parking area, open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Casa 212 is a fully restored 19th-century historic mansion that houses 10 apartments blending antique and modern design. Located in downtown Puebla, it offers 24-hour security, closed-circuit surveillance, and free parking outside the property—ideal for enjoying the city on foot with complete safety and comfort.
Our guests have free access to all the facilities of the accommodation, including common areas and available services.
However, to respect the peace and safety of all residents, the condominium has some restrictions: parties and events are not allowed, smoking is prohibited in common areas, and access is limited to registered guests only.

House Rules for Casa 212
Welcome to Casa 212. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, please follow these rules:
Property Access
Casa 212 has 24-hour security. To enter, please ring the doorbell. If there is no answer, use the box located to the right of the door and enter the password provided in the welcome message. After using the key, return it to the box and secure it properly.
Use of Common Areas
Please keep common areas clean and in good condition. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in common areas. Pets are not allowed on the property.
Visitors and Events
Parties, events, or guests beyond those listed in the reservation are not permitted. If unauthorized persons are found, a fee of $1,500 MXN per person per night will be charged.
Parking
The assigned parking for Casa 212 is located 50 meters from the property, in an alternate covered lot with 24-hour surveillance. Access is granted with a special card provided at check-in. Do not take the parking ticket; if you do, you must pay the parking lot’s system charge.
The parking lot is closed from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. If you plan to arrive during this time, please notify us in advance to assign an alternate 24-hour access parking spot.
At check-out, please return the parking card. Failure to do so will result in a $250 MXN charge.
Casa 212 is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles inside or outside the parking area.
Washer and Dryer
The washer and dryer can be used from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests must bring their own laundry detergent. Please clean the area after use. Do not overload the machines or insert prohibited items such as caps, suitcases, or shoes. Any damage caused by misuse will incur repair costs plus a $500 MXN penalty.
Noise and Quiet Hours
At Casa 212, we value rest and respect among guests. Please maintain a quiet environment, especially during rest hours. Violations may result in a $2,500 MXN fine imposed by management.
