Welcome to our property.To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, it is essential to follow the following rules:

Prohibition of Events and Parties

This is a place for rest and relaxation. Events and parties are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If a party or event is held, a MXN $10,000 fine will apply.

Smoking

To maintain a clean and healthy environment, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment.Failure to comply with this rule will result in a MXN $2,500 fine imposed by the building management for each day the rule is violated.

Pets

For hygiene and allergy-related reasons, pets are not allowed in the apartment.Violation of this rule will result in a MXN $1,500 penalty.

Quiet Hours

We respect the rest of our neighbors; therefore, strict quiet hours are enforced.Excessive noise during quiet hours will result in significant penalties:• MXN $3,000 fine imposed by the building management for each night the rule is violated.• Additional MXN $2,000 fine imposed by the hosts for each night the rule is violated.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are those stated in the reservation. Any changes must be authorized by the host in advance.

Use of Common Areas and the Apartment

Please keep the apartment clean and in good condition.Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.If unauthorized guests are found on the property, a charge of MXN $1,500 per person, per night will apply.Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

Parking

Parking is exclusively for guests and is used at the guest's own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.The parking spaces are designed for medium-sized vehicles, with approximate dimensions of 4.7 m in length x 1.8 m in width x 1.5 m in height.Larger vehicles, such as large trucks, full-size SUVs, or modified vehicles, may not fit properly in the assigned space, which could make parking difficult.

Security

When leaving the property, please make sure to close and lock all doors and windows, and avoid leaving valuables in plain sight.

Emergencies

In case of any emergency or unexpected situation, please contact the host immediately or the appropriate emergency services.

Please keep in mind that these rules are part of the accommodation agreement.
