Casa 212 Rules Welcome to Casa 212. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules: 1. Access to the Property Casa 212 has 24-hour security. To enter, please ring the bell. If there is no answer, the security guard will ask you for the password to the lockbox, located to the right of the door. Once you use the key, return it to the box and secure it properly. 2. Use of Common Areas Keep the common areas clean and in good condition. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in common areas. Pets are not allowed on the property. 3. Visitors and Events Parties, events, and additional people other than those indicated in the reservation are not permitted. In case of detecting unauthorized persons, a charge of $1,500 MXN per person per night will be applied. 4. Parking The parking assigned to Casa 212 is located 50 meters from the property, in an alternate parking lot. This space is covered and has 24-hour security. Access is via a special card that we will give you at check-in. You should not remove your parking ticket. If you do, you will be required to pay for the time indicated on the property's parking system. The parking lot is closed between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. If you plan to arrive during this time, please notify us in advance so we can assign you an alternate parking space with 24-hour access. Upon check-out, you must return your parking card. Failure to do so will result in a $250 MXN fee. Casa 212 is not responsible for damage or theft to your vehicle inside or outside the parking lot. 5. Washer and Dryer The washer and dryer are available from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests must bring their own laundry soap. Please clean the area after using the equipment. Do not overload the washer or dryer. Do not bring in prohibited objects such as hats, suitcases, or shoes. In case of damage due to misuse, the full cost of the repair plus a $500 MXN penalty will be charged. 6. Noise and Quiet Time At Casa 212, we value rest and respect among guests. Therefore, a quiet environment must be maintained, especially during rest hours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a $2,500 MXN fine from management.
