Located in the heart of Puebla, it offers 24-hour security, CCTV, and free parking outside the property, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot with complete safety and comfort.
Upon arrival, a member of the Acaso Homes team will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and explain everything you need for your stay. Access to the mansion is simple: just ring the doorbell, and the 24-hour security guard will open the door. Our team is always available to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.

Casa 212 House Rules
Welcome to Casa 212. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests, please follow these rules:
Access to the Property
Casa 212 has 24-hour security. To enter, please ring the doorbell. If there is no response, the security guard will ask for the code for the lockbox located to the right of the door. Once you use the key, please return it to the lockbox and secure it properly.
Use of Common Areas
Keep common areas clean and in good condition. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in common areas. Pets are not permitted on the property.
Visitors and Events
Parties, events, or additional guests not included in the reservation are not allowed. If unauthorized persons are detected, a charge of $1,500 MXN per person per night will apply.
Parking
The parking assigned to Casa 212 is located 50 meters from the property in an alternate parking lot. This space is covered and monitored 24 hours a day. Access is via a special card provided at check-in. Do not take the parking ticket; if you do, you will be responsible for paying the time recorded by the parking system. The parking lot is closed between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am. If you plan to arrive or leave during these hours, please let us know in advance so we can assign an alternate parking spot with 24-hour access. At check-out, the parking card must be returned; failure to do so will result in a $250 MXN charge. Casa 212 is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur inside or outside the parking area.
Washer and Dryer
The washer and dryer are available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Guests must bring their own laundry detergent. Please clean the area after use. Do not overload the washer or dryer. Do not place prohibited items such as hats, suitcases, or shoes in the machines. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged for the full cost of repair plus a $500 MXN penalty.
Noise and Quiet Hours
At Casa 212, we value rest and respect among guests. Please maintain a quiet environment, especially during rest hours. Failure to comply may result in a $2,500 MXN fine imposed by management.
