The property is located on the second floor. Guests must walk up one flight of stairs to reach the property. Parking is available on-site and accessible 24 hours a day. Arrival is flexible, and guests may check in or check out at any time.
The property is located within a gated community of houses, mostly inhabited by local residents and retired individuals. It is a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Please note that to reach Casa 905-7, it is necessary to go up one flight of stairs.
Guests will have free access to all facilities of the property. We kindly ask that you respect the condominium rules and maintain a peaceful environment so as not to disturb the stay of other residents.
During your stay at Casa 905-9, our team will be available to assist you with anything you may need. A member of our team will personally welcome you to hand over the keys and will be present again at the end of your stay to collect them. Casa 905-7 is easily accessible thanks to its central location. You can reach it by private car, taxi, or ride-hailing services. Private parking is available on the property 24 hours a day at no additional cost to guests.

Welcome to Casa de la Virgen. To ensure a peaceful, respectful, and safe stay for everyone, please follow these rules:
1. Use of Common Areas
Please keep common areas clean and in good condition.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the common areas.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
2. Visitors and Events
Parties, events, or guests not included in the reservation are not permitted.
If unauthorized persons are detected, a fee of $1,500 MXN per person per night will be applied.
3. Noise and Quiet Hours
At Casa de la Virgen, we respect the rest of all guests. It is important to maintain a quiet environment, especially during designated rest hours.
Failure to comply may result in a $2,500 MXN fine from management.
4. Parking
The parking space assigned to Casa de la Virgen is number 7. Two vehicles can be parked in tandem as long as they are medium-sized cars. Please do not use any other parking space.
This space has a cistern cover, so the vehicle must be parked behind it and not cover it.
Guests will be given a key to enter and exit with their vehicle.
It is essential to follow the instructions for opening and closing the gate.
The Airbnb host is not responsible for any damage to or theft of the vehicle.
