Access to the Casona is simple: just ring the doorbell, and the security guard—who is present 24/7—will open the door for you. Reglamento de Casa 212 Bienvenido a Casa 212. Para garantizar una estancia cómoda y segura para todos, te pedimos seguir las siguientes normas: 1. Ingreso a la propiedad Casa 212 cuenta con vigilancia las 24 horas. Para ingresar, por favor toca el timbre. Si no hay respuesta, el vigilante te pedirá la contraseña de la caja de seguridad, ubicada a la derecha de la puerta. Una vez que uses la llave, devuélvela a la caja y asegúrala correctamente. 2. Uso de espacios comunes Mantén los espacios comunes limpios y en buen estado. No está permitido fumar ni vapear en áreas comunes. No se permiten mascotas en la propiedad. 3. Visitas y eventos No se permiten fiestas, eventos ni personas adicionales a las indicadas en la reserva. En caso de detectar personas no autorizadas, se aplicará un cargo de $1,500 MXN por persona por noche. 4. Estacionamiento El estacionamiento asignado a Casa 212 se encuentra a 50 metros de la propiedad, en un estacionamiento alterno. Este espacio es techado y cuenta con vigilancia 24 horas. El acceso se realiza mediante una tarjeta especial que te entregaremos al momento del check-in. No debes sacar el ticket del estacionamiento. Si lo haces, deberás pagar el tiempo que marque el sistema del establecimiento. El estacionamiento permanece cerrado entre las 12:00 a.m. y las 6:00 a.m. Si planeas llegar en ese horario, por favor avísanos con anticipación para asignarte un estacionamiento alterno con acceso 24 horas. Al momento del check-out, debes devolver la tarjeta de estacionamiento. En caso de no hacerlo, se aplicará un cargo de $250 MXN. Casa 212 no se hace responsable por daños o robos que pueda sufrir el vehículo dentro o fuera del estacionamiento. 5. Lavadora y secadora El horario para usar la lavadora y secadora es de 3:00 p.m. a 10:00 p.m. El huésped debe traer su propio jabón para ropa. Favor de limpiar el área al terminar de usar el equipo. No sobrecargar la lavadora o secadora. No introducir objetos no permitidos como gorras, maletas o zapatos. En caso de daño por mal uso, se cobrará el costo total de la reparación más $500 MXN por penalización. 6. Ruido y horario de silencio En Casa 212 valoramos el descanso y el respeto entre huéspedes. Por ello, se debe mantener un ambiente silencioso, especialmente en horas de descanso. El incumplimiento de esta norma puede derivar en una sanción de $2,500 MXN por parte de la administración.
