HOUSE RULES CASA 212 - INGLÉS

Welcome to Casa 212. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow the following house rules:

VISITORS AND EVENTS

Parties, gatherings, or social events are not permitted inside Casa 212 under any circumstances.

Access to the property is restricted exclusively to the people registered in the reservation at the time of check-in.

If management detects the entry or presence of unregistered individuals, this will be considered a serious violation of the house rules. An automatic MXN $1,500 penalty per unauthorized person will apply.

GUESTS AND THEIR COMPANIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM:

• Bringing, using, consuming, supplying, distributing, or trafficking drugs, or bringing or carrying weapons onto the property.

• Bringing individuals other than the registered guest or their authorized companions onto the property.

• Engaging in gambling or any activities prohibited or regulated by law.

• Bringing pets into Casa 212.

• Using furniture or equipment for purposes other than those intended by their nature.

• Damaging or destroying the property's facilities, furniture, or equipment.

RESPECT FOR OTHER GUESTS AND QUIET HOURS

Guests are expected to behave appropriately and avoid excessive noise at all times, especially in common areas, hallways, and bedrooms.

Mandatory quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, playing music, speaking loudly, moving furniture, using noisy appliances, or engaging in any activities that may disturb other guests' rest is not permitted.

Failure to comply with this rule will be considered a serious violation and may result in a MXN $2,500 penalty.

PROPERTY ACCESS

Guests and their companions are required to register with management. Management will take a photograph of the identification document provided.

Payment for the nights of the stay must be made in advance. Casa 212 reserves the right to refuse accommodation if these requirements are not met.

Check-in: 3:00 PM on the arrival date

Check-out: 11:00 AM on the departure date

To enter the property, guests may use the lockbox code 2104, located to the left of the main door. After using the key, please return it to the lockbox.

USE OF COMMON AREAS

Please keep all common areas clean and in good condition.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in common areas.

During quiet hours, common areas such as the rooftop terrace and laundry area will be unavailable.

PARKING

The parking facility is located approximately 50 meters from the property, is covered, and has 24-hour security.

Access is provided through a special parking card given to you at check-in.

Do not remove the parking ticket. If you remove it, you will be responsible for paying the amount indicated by the parking system.

The parking facility is closed from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

The parking card must be returned at check-out. In case of loss, a MXN $250 replacement fee will apply.

Casa 212 is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur to vehicles inside or outside the parking facility.

WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER

Hours of use: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests must bring their own laundry detergent.

Please leave the area clean after use. Do not overload the machines or place items such as luggage, shoes, caps, or similar objects inside them.

In case of damage caused by improper use, the full cost of the repair will be charged.

POST-CHECK-OUT INSPECTION AND AUTHORIZATION OF CHARGES

Guests who make a reservation authorize management to conduct a detailed inspection of the property after check-out.

If any damage, missing items, or deterioration beyond normal wear and tear is found, the guest will be notified and the corresponding evidence will be provided.

I hereby declare that I have read and accepted these house rules and agree to comply with them in their entirety. I expressly authorize management to charge the credit card provided in the event of any damages, missing items, penalties, extraordinary cleaning, or any violation of these house rules.
